Hello everyone!

Version 2.6.7 is almost ready for release, so here are the additions and changes in this new version. I hope you'll like them!

Let me start with an improvement/fix to the new advanced shortcuts system introduced in v2.6.6.
When you used a key with this new system, that key no longer responded to its default action.
For example, the "Home" key no longer returned to the MG launcher, even if it was only configured for a long press or a double press.
This is now fixed, so you can keep using the original function while creating two other types of shortcuts on the same key.

Let's stay on shortcuts, because there's more news:

• You can now link a shortcut to a specific profile. This lets one button perform different actions depending on the active profile. Very handy if the car is shared by several people.
• You can also use a shortcut to change the regeneration level based on a selection you configure yourself. No more cycling through everything (1, 2, 3, A…): for example, you can select only modes 1 and 3 to switch between them very quickly, without needing separate profiles.

Now on to profile management, with two new features:

• HVAC settings can now be configured in the profile, in addition to the automation. The profile takes priority over the automation.
• Three new settings tied to the "CUSTOM" drive mode: Horsepower, Steering and Pedal Force. These options are configurable when "CUSTOM" mode is selected.

The "Disable profile application at startup" option has been renamed "Garage mode". It turns off all MG4Control features and notifications, so you don't have to uninstall the app, for example during a vehicle inspection.

I've also added the ability to control the multi-profile popup with the right steering-wheel joystick.
Please note: if MG4Control hasn't been granted the accessibility permission, this won't work properly.

And one last detail: You can now enlarge the text in the “Settings” -> “Interface” tab.
Note: The “Extra Large” mode may affect the readability of various text elements.

I really love the HVAC profile feature and the font size setting; I even tested them out with the beta versions. I’m still getting the hang of the shortcuts, though. My wife and I are absolutely thrilled. She uses the vehicle regularly, so she uses the "Standard" profile. I conveniently activate my profile via the profile page whenever needed, and if I’m going to be using the car for a longer period, I simply switch my profile to "Standard" temporarily. The HVAC profile functions are a godsend, since our son tends to change all the settings whenever he drives the car. Sometimes you wouldn't notice until later, forcing you to readjust everything while driving. It’s an absolute blessing and a real safety improvement.

I also added a little bonus by including the airflow direction. It works well on SWI133, but I'm still waiting for confirmation on other firmwares.

That’s really great. Many thanks.
Now my wife doesn't have to close all the air vents to avoid getting a direct blast of air, and I don't have to open them again afterwards. Her profile now directs the airflow only to the windshield and footwell, while I select the automatic function.

could you please include the AC/Compressor toggle in the shortcuts? to easily toggle AC/Compressor on/off while keeping the blower on

If I understand your needs correctly, this feature already exists.
It's possible to link a specific profile to a shortcut.

Nope. What I mean is:

• set a profile from a shortcut button (existing feature)
• include an option to set a profile as default when setting a shortcut button for switching profiles. This means that the new profile will also be applied or set as default on the next startup.

This lets you track your trips and charging sessions to see things like trip costs or fuel consumption per 100 km, for example :)

Don't know if I'm alone but Trip consumption kWh doesn't seem to be recorded : always 0.0

Hello, I just opened an issue based on your message! Thanks for bringing this to my attention :)
Unfortunately, I didn't have enough testers for this feature, so it's indeed possible that it doesn't work correctly on versions other than SWI133.

I'll try to fix this as soon as possible. You can come here to continue the discussion and help me fix the problem :)
