Description of Change

Adds a new Z-Wave Edge driver for the Sensi Lite ST25Z smart thermostat (Copeland model 1F76U-22ZB), under a new drivers/Copeland/ vendor directory as sensi-st25z-zwave.

Fingerprint confirmed against production hardware: manufacturerId=0x046B, productType=0x0004, productId=0x0002.

Key design points:

  • Sub-driver pattern: src/init.lua is a thin wrapper; device-specific logic lives in the thermostat-sensi-st25z sub-driver.
  • Staggered init at join time to avoid overwhelming the Z-Wave radio with simultaneous requests.
  • Deadband enforcement between heat/cool setpoints (2°F / converted equivalent in °C).
  • Wire scale (°F vs °C) is tracked per-device and setpoints are normalized accordingly.

Opened as a draft while WWST Certification console submission status is confirmed; CLA will be signed before merge.

Summary of Completed Tests

Ran the driver's existing Lua integration test suite (22 tests) against this repo's test harness after relocating the driver:

python3 tools/run_driver_tests.py -vv -f sensi-st25z-zwave

Result: 22/22 passing.

Also ran luacheck --config .github/workflows/.luacheckrc drivers/Copeland/sensi-st25z-zwave/ with 0 warnings/errors.

Device-level testing was previously performed against production hardware prior to this submission (see driver history in the originating repo).

Ensured that the code follows coding standards and guidelines from https://developer.smartthings.com/docs/devices/hub-connected/code-formatting-criteria

Completed execution of self test suite with all its tests passed. Refer the attached zip for test results
