[Bug]: Invaild build prompt can not be closed if a plugin triggers the dialog

Describe the Bug

When a plugin shows the below, it will not close. (Confirm and cancel do nothing)

Steps To Reproduce

1. Try install https://steambrew.app/plugin/776d257408ca
2. See invalid build prompt
3. Click either button

@Josh65-2201 report the plugin to the actual plugin author and not here please its an issue they have to fix

This isn't about the plugin not being installed, I am reporting that the prompt can not be closed if a plugin triggers the dialog.

Definitely a bug. I will look into it when I can!
