[FEAT]: Add the ability to populate reference fields

As a user I want to be able to sync the Manager property of a user from Azure into Onspring.

I tried a few different configurations to see if this was already possible, but they all failed with the error message: "Invalid field type to property type mappings: {@InvalidMappings}"

I am assuming that is because the Manager field in Onspring is a field that self-references back to the Users table and supporting reference fields is not currently in the logic of the application.

It would seem that to support reference fields, that the configuration would not only need the ID of the reference field but a value that could be used in a search to find the referenced record so that the record ID could then be set in the referencing field.
