COMMISSION — how the 5% works (plain language)

If you run this bot, or a modified version of it, and it makes you money, 5% of that money belongs to the author (Sundar1k). This is a legal condition of the license (see LICENSE, section 3). It only applies when the software is used to generate trading income — personal study, testing, and non-trading use are free.

What counts

You owe 5% of "Net Trading Profits": your gross realized trading gains, minus the direct costs of making those trades (broker commissions/fees, exchange fees, funding, slippage, data/API fees). It is calculated before your personal income tax. Losses in one quarter are not carried forward to offset gains in another.

When to pay

Quarterly. If you had any Net Trading Profit in a calendar quarter, send the 5% within 30 days after that quarter ends.

Where to pay (Bitcoin)

bc1q3xqpc603l80vwcn9dr9d8g7rdevl42mldwvlpn

Native SegWit (bech32) address. Any BTC network is fine. If you need an invoice or a different payment rail (USDC etc.), open an issue or contact the author through the repository.

Records

Keep your trade records for at least 3 years so the calculation can be verified. If the author asks, send a written summary within 30 days.

Why this exists

Building this took years of live research: a measured prediction ceiling (46-53%, every model family), a selection funnel that turns a losing raw engine into a profitable subset, entry-window discipline, and pre-registered kill rules that tell the truth about what works. The author is sharing that work openly — the 5% is the deal that keeps it honest and sustainable. If you make money with it, pay it forward.

Disclaimer

Trading futures/CFDs involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance, including the research records in specs/, is not a guarantee of future results. Nothing here is financial advice. You are responsible for complying with your broker's and prop firm's terms of service.
