This PR adds that people can add their GitHub, LinkedIn and Renku profiles, and others can see them

User Story: Participants want the people they're about to team up with to find their work. The backend could already store a GitHub, LinkedIn and Renku link for each user, but nothing in the app let anyone set them or see them.

New:

  • The Account page now has a "Profile links" card. It shows the links you've saved as clickable links, so you can check each one goes where you expect. "Add links" or "Edit links" opens a short form to add or update these links.
  • Other participants see your links as small icon links on the Participants page, on Manage Participants, and on your profile page.

Details:

  • Links are checked by the backend, which accepts only links to those three sites. If it refuses one, the form stays open with what was typed and shows the backend's reason.
  • After a save, each link shows in its tidied form, e.g. www. and trailing slashes removed.
  • Every link opens in a new tab. Each one is built by the backend from a username, so a stored link can't point to an arbitrary site.

A Profile links card on the Account page, after Password and Email. The
form always posts all three boxes, so an emptied box removes that link;
a refused save keeps what was typed and shows the backend's reason.

The load makes no RPC: hooks.server.ts already ran WhoAmI. After a save
the load reruns and the boxes show each link as the backend rendered it.
No link shape is checked here; UserService.Edit is the authority.
ProfileLinks renders the links a person has set as icon links opening in
a new tab, and nothing when none is set. ParticipantCard takes it in place
of the never-passed linkedinUrl prop, so the participant list, Manage
Participants and the participant page all show them. The links come with
each member from hackathon.get, so no page makes a new RPC.
Rewrites the backend entry, which said no page shows or edits the links
yet. The section is still unreleased, so one entry describes the feature.
Closed, the card shows each saved link in full and clickable, so it can
be tried before anyone else sees it; "Add links" or "Edit links" opens the
form. A save closes it again; a refused save keeps it open with what was
typed, and Cancel drops that attempt so reopening shows the saved links.

ProfileLinks gains a `full` variant that adds the URL to each link. The
participant pages keep the compact one.
