feat(gallery): redesign the filter bar into pinned row + centered topics panel
Replace the four stacked, mixed-style control rows with one pinned row (search | All/Examples/Showcase | sort | card density), a centered bordered topics panel (category tabs + topic chips collapsed to two rows behind a 'Show all N topics' toggle, no nested scrollbar), and a single centered results line. Card density is neutral grey so orange only means 'filtering'. Phones fold the view controls and topics behind one Filters button; category tabs wrap as separate buttons. Lighthouse 100 across the board, desktop+mobile. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
