fix(showcase): remodel go-kart bodywork as blue mouldings on welded strap brackets, with brake hose, throttle cable and wear
The front panel stood up as a flat vertical flap in front of the column, the nose and side pods were smooth yellow soap bars, the yellow livery pushed the contact-sheet wedge warmth to +0.288 (band -0.144..+0.105), and the kart sat small on a wide asphalt patch. Rebuilt: - nose: a low cone ahead of the front axle on re-routed bumper bars; a raised centre hump, shoulders falling into a valley with a lip along each outer edge, a rounded chin; four bolts on the shoulders - front panel: leans back 40 deg from its foot sunk 12 mm in the hump, bulged forward, sides wrapped back, top corners rounded down; a plain white number plate pressed 1 mm into its face (new slot, 14 materials) - side pods: tapered in and down at the front, flared at the rear; a raised outer crest stepping down to a deck with seven moulded grip ribs (each rib a little taller and deeper, ends staggered, so ribs on one deck share no plane), a groove along the outer wall - ten flat strap brackets, welded to a tube at one end and bolted flat to a moulding at the other: two from the column support's top bar bent down against the panel's back, two angle straps behind the panel's foot (one leg on the panel, one on the hump), two from the front crossmember to the nose's back face, one from each nerf bar to its pod's inner wall. Panel tabs take their width along the panel's own across-direction: along world Y the wrapped sides tipped one tab edge 2 mm off the panel - a brake master cylinder (boot, reservoir, pushrod from the brake pedal) on a block bolted to the tray, its hose clipped along the left rail to the caliper; the throttle cable from the right pedal along the right rail, up inboard of the air-box and down onto the carburettor - livery: blue bodywork, white plate; the red frame and kerb are the warm accents. Wear: dark tyre-rubber streaks and light scratches on the lower bodywork, frame scratched to steel, oily grime on frame, casting, alu, steel and chrome toward the engine; body dirt darkened (pale dirt on blue read as camouflage) - composition: patch 1.98x1.54 -> 1.87x1.50 m, kerb shortened to match, kart re-centred; camera 4.2 -> 3.95 m, aim lowered 60 mm; key 124 -> 156, fill 15 -> 34, wedge 150 -> 165 - the nose was inside out: recalc_face_normals turned it. Every closed island is now oriented by its signed volume before shipping Budget changes (5.2.1): - Base tris 72500-74100 -> 81000-82700 (81854; LOD 0.5000/0.2200) - Materials 13 -> 14; floors re-fit (3168 / 6994 / 8188 / 3708 / 1548 / 12666 / 1920 / 4130 / 1686 / 172 / 168 / 646 / 126 / 124 measured) - Outer AABB -> (1.8950, 1.7738, 0.6397) m; collider <= 780 -> <= 900 (816) - Stance 0.3735 m (>= 0.312; 88.6 kg); one assembly of 330 shells - New exit 23, bodywork brackets: 10 straps, each biting both the tube it is welded to and the moulding it is bolted to, band 0.5-2.5 mm (welds 0.897-1.989, tabs 1.000-1.467). The bite is the deepest strap vertex inside the host, nearest-face distance signed by a three-ray parity vote: a nearest-face normal beside the panel's 4 mm rim read the tab's back face, 2 mm behind the panel, as 1.96 mm inside - Hygiene 0 incl. 0 coplanar cross-shell pairs (the first draft measured 2417: grip ribs on one flat deck sharing top, bottom and end planes; the cylinder's two bolt heads on one plane; a block chamfer on the boot's) Falsifiers (flag -> measured -> exit), 5.2.1 and 4.5.11 identical; tris 81854 and envelope (1.8950, 1.7738, 0.6397) unchanged in all: --skip-decimate LOD1 1.0000 9 --stray-vert loose_v 1 15 --lift-z zmin 0.05000 16 --float-tyre left front sink -2.5 mm 16 --cock-hub left rear hub 1.5 mm off the axle 17 --drop-bearing right bearing 2.0 mm off the axle 17 --short-tierod left outer eye 6.0 mm off its pin 17 --sink-tyre right rear bead seat 3.000 mm 18 --lift-chain chain seat -2.089 / -2.060 mm 18 --toe-wheel wheel mirror 4.539 mm 19 --wide-track rear track 1.2080 m 19 --odd-frame frame mirror 1.819 mm 19 --no-caster caster 0.0 deg 19 --aft-ballast stance margin 0.2943 m 20 --loose-ballast 2 components [5, 325] 21 --float-nose nose brackets' tabs -2.0 mm (new) 23 --float-nose slides the nose and its bolts 3 mm along X only: the mirror holds, the nose stays on its bumper bars and the panel's foot (one assembly), and the slab still sets the envelope. tests/check_falsifier_targets.py --run --only go-kart passes.
