docs(license): MIT for snippets/ and templates/ so copy-and-adapt is lawful (#316)

README tells readers to copy snippet lines and adapt templates, which is a
derivative work that CC-BY-NC-ND-4.0 forbids. snippets/ and templates/ now carry
their own MIT LICENSE; skills, rules, examples, showcase, docs and site stay under
CC-BY-NC-ND-4.0. README, AGENTS.md and the CONTRIBUTING inbound grant say so.
