fix(site): 24px touch targets on the phone stats readout

The facelift made the hero stats visible on phones as a 3x2 grid. Its
links were 17.6px tall and tightly packed, so Lighthouse failed
target-size and landing accessibility dropped from 100 to 96. They now
have a 24px minimum height, and the score is back to 100.
