Inter

Rasmus Andersson’s UI/workhorse sans under SIL OFL 1.1. Broad language coverage, variable + static builds — solid default for menus, HUD labels, and readable body UI (not a “game display” face).

Notes

  • Keep OFL.txt with redistributed font files. OFL does not require in-product credits.
  • Primary: rsms.me/inter · source github.com/rsms/inter
  • OFL: embed/bundle/sell with software OK; do not sell font files alone; keep OFL text with redistributed binaries
  • Attribution example: Inter © The Inter Project Authors — SIL OFL 1.1

Evidence

  • Live site “Free & open source”: points to SIL Open Font License 1.1
  • Live LICENSE.txt (GitHub master, 2026-07-19): “This Font Software is licensed under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1.” — OFL permits bundling/embedding/selling with software
