The playbook ansible-playbook ansible_collections/tosit/tdp/playbooks/utils/ranger_policies.yml will fail if tdp-getting-started was launched without extras.
The same would happen if we don't install a service that has a policy in inventory/all.yml.
Maybe the policies should be moved somewhere else.
