Retire the 2017-2025 tutorials from public view

From 2017 to 2025 this repository carried a curated collection of tutorials, much of it
gathered from other people's work. It is retired from public view so that everything published
here is original work RealAI can stand behind and license; the collection, with its full
history, is kept in a private repository. The README says so, with thanks to everyone who
starred, forked and contributed.
