Release wlsqm 1.1.0

Python 3.15 support: CI matrix, cibuildwheel target, classifier. Verified
against 3.15.0rc1 locally and on CI, where all three platforms now build a
cp315 wheel; no source changes were needed.

Minor rather than patch — a newly supported language version is a feature.
