Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CryptoDripster browser extension (the "Extension"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

The Extension is developed and owned by testguard.app (https://testguard.app).

1. What the Extension does

The Extension automates requesting test (devnet) tokens from public crypto faucets (currently the Solana devnet faucet at faucet.solana.com). It fills in a wallet address and amount and submits the faucet's airdrop request, on a schedule or on demand.

2. No affiliation

The Extension is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Solana Foundation, faucet.solana.com, or any other faucet, network, or wallet provider. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Test networks only

The Extension is intended for development and testing on test networks (devnet). Devnet tokens have no monetary value. The Extension is not intended to obtain, and does not distribute, mainnet assets.

4. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Complying with the terms, policies, and rate limits of any faucet or third-party service you use the Extension with. Many faucets prohibit automated or bot access (this is why they use captchas); using the Extension may violate those services' terms, and that is your responsibility.
  • The wallet address you configure and the consequences of any requests made.
  • Using the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws.

5. No warranty

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Extension will work with any particular faucet, that airdrops will succeed, or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Faucets may change, rate-limit, require captchas, or stop working at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE EXTENSION.

7. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

CryptoDripster and all related intellectual property are owned by testguard.app. See the LICENSE for usage and attribution terms.
