Update Vitest, coverage-v8 and their synchronized packages to 4.1.12.
Raise the manifest floors so future installs cannot select the affected releases.
This release fixes manual mock injection (GHSA-qxg6-89mg-rqv8) and Windows redirect path traversal (GHSA-xp26-3454-mjgp).
All other lock records, including Hono, remain unchanged.
