Steps to Reproduce:
Power on the device.
Set the fan mode to Auto.
Observe the fan behavior.
Switch the fan mode to Cool and observe the fan startup delay and speed.
Switch the fan mode to Max and compare the fan speed with Cool mode.
Expected Result:
The fan should automatically turn on and adjust its speed dynamically in Auto mode based on ambient temperature.
Switching to Cool or Max mode should engage the fan immediately at their respective designated speeds (Max should run noticeably faster than Cool).
Actual Result:
Auto Mode: The fan fails to turn on at all.
Cool / Max Modes: The fan only turns on after a delay. Furthermore, both modes run at the exact same fan speed rather than adjusting to their specific intensity levels.
