Script fails at the log-in phase to start a searching session

here's some logs from my webhook:

when it starts the search manager aka a searching session it fails at the log-in phase (i thought it would use the previous credentials to start the searching session but it still needed an account log-in) are there any way to solve this problem? by the way, the dashboard point collecting part worked fine
