How to add push notifications for breaking news

1. Go to the post edit page and copy the post ID in your URL.
   
2. Go to Push Notifications -> Add New.
3. Fill out the title and excerpt
4. Check "breaking" on the bottom right under "receiver groups".
5. Add a custom field called "tsd_pn_post_id" and set it equal to the post ID that you copied earlier. (If custom fields do not show up, click "Screen Options" on the top right and check "Custom Field").
6. Click "Publish" and watch it send!
