feat(shop): switch ESP32 to KEYESTUDIO + new OLED Amazon link

- ESP32: replace Binghe board with KEYESTUDIO ESP32-WROOM-32 (Wi-Fi + Bluetooth)
- OLED: refresh ELEGOO 0.96" affiliate link
- Update BOM.md, web-installer landing page, FR/EN locales accordingly
