Stop sending English readers to a French URL, and fill the empty cells
Closes two long-standing reports. Three English pages linked to tigersystem.io/fr/download. The locale- neutral /download serves everyone, so both language editions now use it. And the chip page's "Reading and writing" table had four empty cells out of eight — a table that says nothing where a reader looks first. Filled from what the tools actually do, with the distinction that matters: the two apps drive the reader, the SDKs only decode and encode the payload.
