Same 13 entries, only their order changes: the two index pages first, then the general guides, then TigerScale, then the per-printer tutorials.

Adds a tutorial (EN + FR) on sending a request from Tiger Studio Manager: opening the form, the six request types, writing the request, attaching and drawing on pictures, what happens after sending, and following requests in My requests.
The text is native Markdown, so it is searchable and translated; only the real UI screenshots are images (13 crops, about 1.1 MB in total, sized for display). The French page uses the app's own French labels.
The second commit reorders the Guides & tutorials menu by theme (same 13 entries, only the order changes). It is independent from the page, so it can be dropped if you prefer the previous order.
