docs: update README, llms.txt, CHANGELOG for npm release + ACR122U

- README: add ACR122U live reader section in playground, npm install tigertag now live
- llms.txt: add npm URL, install command, full playground + ACR122U WebSocket reference
- CHANGELOG: add 1.0.1 entry documenting ACR122U integration and README improvements
- package.json: fix repository.url format (git+https) to suppress npm publish warning
