docs: the SDKs are Apache-2.0, not MIT
The ecosystem table listed both the JavaScript and the Python SDK as MIT. Their LICENSE files and GitHub both say Apache-2.0. Everything else in that table is correct — the app and TigerScale are MIT, TigerPod and the spec are CC-BY-4.0. Caught while checking the licence claims before stating them publicly, which is exactly when a reader would have checked them too.
