File the partner packaging photos
Three filament makers' retail boxes carrying the TIGER TAG RFID badge — eSun, SUNLU, ROSA3D — dropped in the exchange folder as 1.png/2.png/3.png plus their higher-resolution counterparts. Renamed to box-<brand>-<variant>, grouped under partners/ since the set will grow as more manufacturers adopt the badge. Each exists in two useful variants: a 1024 cut-out with a transparent background for dropping into a layout, and a 2000 studio shot for standalone use. Both kept. Masters only — no optimised copy under assets/, because no use is decided yet; the shipped copy gets produced when there is a destination, and mirrors its name back here per the assets-src convention. The folder README carries the point worth knowing before any of these is published: they show other companies' trademarks. Stating that a manufacturer ships TigerTag is factual; arranging the three under 'our partners' claims a commercial relationship, which is a different thing and needs their permission.

- **Partner packaging assets** — `assets-src/img/partners/`, the retail boxes from eSun, SUNLU and ROSA3D whose spools carry the TIGER TAG RFID badge, in two variants each (a 1024 cut-out with transparent background for compositing, a 2000 studio shot for standalone use). These are the only assets in the project that prove *adoption* rather than describing the product. Masters only — no shipped copy under `assets/` yet, since the use is not decided. The folder README flags the point that matters before any of them is published: they show other companies' trademarks, so factual use ("filament makers shipping TigerTag") is normally fine while implying partnership is not, and written permission is worth having on file — `assets-src/img/partners/`

- **README brought back in line with the app, and given the new artwork.** It was advertising **rack presets**, removed in v2.12.0, and showing `Panda_Feed_Rack_Standard.png`, deleted with them — a dead image on the GitHub page. The presets bullet now describes the actual rack builder, and the image points at the artwork that still exists. The new ecosystem render opens the intro *above* the founder's real-bench photo, which stays: the render shows what the software is, the photo proves someone actually uses it. The TigerPOD line-up banner illustrates its section — nine printed colours say "free STL, print it your colour" better than the sentence under it.

# Partner packaging — filament makers shipping TigerTag
2+
3+
Photographs of retail boxes from filament manufacturers whose spools carry the **TIGER TAG RFID**
4+
badge. These are the only assets in the project that prove *adoption* rather than describing the
5+
product — a render shows what TigerTag is, these show that companies already ship it.
6+
7+
Masters only, at full resolution. **Nothing here is used anywhere yet**, and no optimised copy has
8+
been produced under `assets/`, because the use is not decided. When one is (an explainer, a partner
9+
page, a press kit), produce the shipped copy then and mirror its name back here, per the
10+
`assets-src/` convention.

| Brand | Cut-out (transparent) | Studio (grey background) |
15+
|---|---|---|
16+
| eSun | `box-esun-cutout.png` — 1024×1024 | `box-esun-studio.jpg` — 2000×2000 |
17+
| SUNLU | `box-sunlu-cutout.png` — 1024×1024 | `box-sunlu-studio.jpg` — 2000×2000 |

Two variants of each shot, both worth keeping:
21+
22+
- **cut-out** — transparent background, drops onto any layout or colour. The one to reach for in an
23+
explainer, a lineup, or over a coloured section.
24+
- **studio** — soft grey backdrop, twice the resolution. The one for a standalone image or print.
25+
26+
The set will grow as more manufacturers adopt the badge; keep the `box-<brand>-<variant>` pattern so
27+
it stays sortable.
28+
29+
## ⚠️ Before publishing any of these
30+
31+
These photographs show **other companies' trademarks and trade dress** — eSun, SUNLU and ROSA3D
32+
(whose mark is registered, per the ® on its box). Two separate points:
33+
34+
- **Factual use is normally fine**: showing that a manufacturer's product carries the TigerTag badge
35+
is a true statement about a real product, and referring to a brand to describe reality is generally
36+
permitted.
37+
- **Implying endorsement or partnership is not.** A page reading "our partners" over these three
38+
logos claims a commercial relationship. If that relationship exists, say so and keep the written
39+
permission; if it does not, the wording has to stay factual — "filament makers shipping TigerTag"
40+
rather than "our partners".
41+
42+
Ask each manufacturer for written permission before any prominent marketing use. It is usually
43+
granted readily — a maker who put your badge on their packaging has already chosen to be associated
44+
with it — and it costs nothing to have on file. Not legal advice; see
45+
`TigerTag-RFID-Guide/docs/TRADEMARK-FILING.md` for the project's own trademark position.
