Description of the task
Right now our docs on the robot_config.toml file are very vague and don't specify how to make the necessary changes. We should update the docs to explain how to change the contents of the config file for ethernet-to-robot communication vs over the tbots wifi.
We should also mention how to setup your computer to communicate with the robot over ethernet (bridged connection). This documentation might exist in getting-started, but we should also have it in a quick reference section on working with the robot.
