Align menu anchors and update group intro

Replace the global 90px scroll padding, which left part of the
previous section visible, with one scroll margin shared by the menu
anchors (Publications, Papers, Projects and Team) so each section
heading lands near the top of the window.

Mention Data Management and the scientific domains the group works
with in the intro text, and update the group photo.
