[Content] Remove the DST developer guide, UI style guide, and database schema docs - #143

Removes the three dev/dst documents along with the schema-only components, stylesheet, data file, icons, Dev page cards, and sidebar generators that existed only to serve them, and updates the documentation guide's component and source-structure references to match.

Description
Removes the three DST developer documents under
docs/dev/dst/(Developer Guide, UI Style Guide, Database Schema Reference). The DST documentation plan publishes only user-facing documents, so these come off the site.Also removes everything that existed only to serve them:
