Adds the Continuation (Filter Evaluation) Screening Technical Reference Manual to the System Response Library as a new document, registered as an active draft (
active: true, draft: true) by turning on its Coming Soon stub.It was written from the model code under the documentation rules in the System Response
docs-modelprocedure (the same conventions as the Overtopping Erosion and Backward Erosion Piping screening manuals). It then went through two independent review rounds, with each finding checked against the model code before it was fixed.This is one of the two shared-method manuals that the eight CLE screening manuals cite. Merging it first lets the CLE manuals switch their links to it back to normal site links.
The manual carries 18 open INPUT NEEDED markers: engineering bases, definitions and sources that could not be taken from the code or an existing citation. They are listed in
_input-needed.mdin the version folder, which the site does not publish.Document scope
