Description
Adds the Concentrated Leak Erosion Freezing Screening Technical Reference Manual to the System Response Library as a new document, registered as an active draft (
active: true, draft: true) by turning on its Coming Soon stub.It was written from the model code under the documentation rules in the System Response
docs-modelprocedure (the same conventions as the Overtopping Erosion and Backward Erosion Piping screening manuals). It then went through two independent review rounds, with each finding checked against the model code before it was fixed.Temporary full-URL links. This manual cites the Continuation (Filter Evaluation) Screening and CLE Common Methods Screening manuals, which are on their own branches. So that this branch and its preview build on their own, its links to those two manuals use full https://usace-rmc.github.io/... URLs for now (the last commit on this branch). Until both shared manuals publish, those links open a not-found page. Revert that commit after both merge.
The manual carries 7 open INPUT NEEDED markers: engineering bases, definitions and sources that could not be taken from the code or an existing citation. They are listed in
_input-needed.mdin the version folder, which the site does not publish.Document scope
