Why do you believe this is a false-positive?
When I freshly started an app called Beelinguapp Language Audiobook on Android and selected a language, it seemed to download necessary data for core functionality of the app. Blocking the main domain seem to break some functionality and stop TTS from working.

Deciding on a whim to try out a language learning app called Beelinguapp Language Audiobook.
