Why do you believe this is a false-positive?
I don't think it's a false positive, more like 50% false positive. I'm making this issue for posterity's sake. I made a similar request on another filterlist repo, and after some discussion decided to make this issue. The reason I believe this to be half false positive is because the domain hosts other subdomains that provide a survey form service.
How did you discover this false-positive(s)?
I discovered this when I decided to answer a Yale survey on a Coursera course and found it to be blocked.

I've noticed that qualtrics.com is a tracking service of sorts, but does hosts surveys and a community page. I leave it up to you guys on how to deal with the domain.
