If we want to use agents to help create/improve/fix code in this repo, it might be useful to have an AGENTS.md file to help co-pilot out. :-)
The layout of the repo is potentially quite complicated, with it contaning docs, playbooks, and roles, and tests/CI checks differing for each of these.
Maybe there are also opportunities for some workflows to automate the boring stuff (like docs).
