fix(viewer): show markdown copy/download on the published site (0.0.5)
The remote docs loader, used on GitHub Pages and by the prebuilt viewer in @gitpagedocs/cli, rendered each markdown file to HTML and dropped the original text, so the copy and download buttons beside the fullscreen button never rendered there. It now reads each file once and keeps the original text in sourceByLanguage next to the HTML, like the local loader. Version markers, docs folder and baselines moved to 0.0.5.
