Support for arm chip on macos

Hi! You just need Rosetta. But yes, no universal binary yet, I'll look into it.

Hi! Can't run the app despite having Rosetta 2 installed.
Thanks for making such an useful application. Too bad that I have no Qt or cpp programming experience.

Hi! It's because the app is not signed/notarized, and maybe you have to allow downloading/installing from other sources than App Store, there is a setting for that in the System Preferences - Privacy & Security.

Thanks! It did the trick, I almost always do this, not sure why I have not done this to your app. It would be cool to have that being mentioned somewhere (in README.md or in dmg release) but that is not a big deal. Thanks!
