raw.PTM problem

I have a problem for the raw.ptm, the protein name format: protein_12_S345, S345 is PTM site, but what the 12 strand for?

Hello,
The 12 is just just part of the protein name in the data. So the protein name is protein_12 and the site name is S345. The data is masked so it represents a real protein but with a fake name.
