[Feature] 能不能计算一下每次收到的响应的tps opencode2 beta版本有这个功能

User problem

opencode2版本可以显示每次推理decode的tps，目前copilot所有界面都缺失这个显示，如果加了对于选择推理商会有很大参考价值

Desired outcome

在每次推理返回之后，显示本次推理的tps，opencode2有现成的实现可以参考

可以算，但是目前没想好在哪里可以展示。Copilot 本身给 BYOK 插件侧的展示入口很少。
如果在 log window 里展示你认为够用了吗？
