Can u please add requirements configuration on moodle?
Or some how to setup to use this module?

I try enable web services , REST , create token for user but not working.

Adding a "help wanted" label to this one. Do we have any users who are experienced with Moodle administration who can help me write a how-to to get web services (and therefore this module) up and running?

I guess at least from Moodle v3.9 a logged in user with admin-rights gets a pretty straight forward step-by-step guide on the following page of one's Moodle instance:
