[Feature Request]: Preserve Mod Order Across All Profiles

Maintain Mod Order is awesome and makes keeping track of mods dramatically easier than the default method... there's just one problem: every single profile must be edited separately whenever a new mod is introduced, even though, at least for my setup, the mod hierarchy is identical across all profiles. What I propose is an addendum to the existing "Maintain Mod Order" toggle; toggling "Preserve Mod Order Across All Profiles" as well will cause every profile to use the same mod order as the currently loaded profile.

Alternatively, "Maintain Mod Order" could be changed to exhibit this behavior all the time; perhaps that could lead to niche issues for those who actually wanted different, yet fixed, mod orders for their profiles, but I'm unaware of use-cases for that approach, assuming there are any.

I could also see potential stability concerns due to this effectively rewriting every profile every time you edit the mod order, but assuming that doesn't make for a huge programming headache, it would serve to make this feature more useful.

Appreciate the request, but a feature like this simply isn't viable as the mod order is tied to each profile. Decoupling that isn't a great idea with how the feature has been implemented, and it's not ideal to move to having some static settings file that we also have to contend with that supersedes portions of the loaded profile. Plus I think the benefit of this is something that can already be achieved using existing features.

Right now someone could have every profile have the specific order they wanted by making a "base" profile then duplicating it multiple times in the profile manager window. Then it's just a matter of updating each profile to have specific codes or mods enabled.

That will be even easier once the Avalonia rewrite is complete as the current plan is to implement a "quick add profile" feature which would apply all current settings to a new profile without needing to open the profile manager at all.

"Quick add profile" does sound like a great feature, but it doesn't necessarily solve the problem of having to either:
A. move the mod to the same desired position across all profiles, or
B. move it to the appropriate spot on the base profile, delete all other profiles, re-create those profiles, and re-toggle all of the desired mods on each respective profile

I just thought of a less intrusive way to get a best of both worlds, though. Since the mod manager already has a dedicated "Manager Profiles" window, what if next to the rename, duplicate, and delete options, there was a "Conform To Current Mod Order" option? Doing that on each profile individually would still be an enormous time save compared to Options A and B while still keeping everything coupled / decoupled as it already was program-wise, right?
