This PR sets up the foundations for migrating OpenInstaDM's hand-rolled UI components to the latest shadcn/ui library standards according to ui-task.md guidelines. Included are setup scripts, layout ThemeProvider adjustments, variable unified globals.css stylesheets, and basic ui primitive registrations.
