Release v0.7.0 with X account connection attempts resource and radar recommendations

• Adds client.x.accountConnectionAttempts.retrieve(id) via a new account-connection-attempts.ts resource, returning a union type covering pending, success, failed, and resumable challenge states.
• Adds radarRecommendations field to ComposeCreateResponse.ComposePrepareResult in compose.ts, with a new RadarRecommendation interface covering source, guidance, and endpoint.
• Expands RadarItem in radar.ts with a strongly-typed Metadata namespace covering source-specific fields (Reddit, GitHub, etc.).
• Makes totp_secret a required field in AccountCreateParams and changes Accounts.create return type to unknown in accounts.ts.
• Behavioral Change: accounts.create callers that relied on the structured AccountCreateResponse type will lose type safety; totp_secret is now required in create calls.
