Summary

Strengthen the input-required client workflow test by verifying that the task and context identifiers returned by the first turn are sent on the follow-up message and preserved when the task completes.

• Capture and validate the server-generated taskId and contextId.
• Send the follow-up with both identifiers and a unique message ID.
• Assert the completed response belongs to the same task and context.

Testing

• JSON-RPC focused integration test passed.
• REST focused integration test passed.
• gRPC focused integration test passed.
• Maven reported existing non-fatal Checkstyle warnings in unrelated files.

This fixes #33
