Publish versioned documentation and aggregated Javadoc for 1.5.0.Final, make it the default documentation version, and add its compatibility table entry. Bump Maven and JBang development versions to 1.5.1.Final-SNAPSHOT.
Validation:
mvn -B javadoc:aggregate -Psite-javadocpassed with the release version. Verified the docs snapshot matches development content, sidebar pages exist, exactly one version is the default, and sort orders are unique. Confirmed all 86 version changes are exact replacements. Whitespace checks pass for authored files; generated Javadoc is preserved as produced by the tool.
