Intra-voxel Incoherent Motion Image Reconstruction using LSTM Networks

Description

  • LSTM model is trained to reconstruct the IVIM image signal values.
  • Uses the Dipy dataset and the IVIM parameter distribution values of brain image obtained from research papers.
