Fix Mermaid parse error in the SDD update-cycle sequence diagram
A semicolon inside a sequence-diagram message terminates the Mermaid statement, so the diagram failed to render. Replaced it and removed an ambiguous arrow from the message text.

Restructure wiki: landing page, ADD, SDD and archived 1.1.8 docs
The wiki now documents both lines of the integration instead of only the pre-2026.9 design.
Home.md becomes a landing page that routes readers to the current (1.2.x, branch HA2026_09_dev, Home Assistant 2026.9+) or the archived (1.1.8, main) documentation, plus a provider support matrix and project links. A _Sidebar.md provides global navigation.
New Architecture Design Document covering requirements, system context, component decomposition, 12 architectural decisions, cross-cutting concerns, the deltas versus 1.1.8, quality attributes, risks and the roadmap.
New Software Design Document covering the module inventory, class diagram, the three adapter contracts, component-by-component design, sequence diagrams, the error handling matrix, localisation, the build/verify/release process and requirement traceability.
New Workflow Diagrams page holding the GitDiagram repository map (17 components, 23 connections) and the hand maintained setup, update, login, entity creation and state class workflows.
New Adding a New Provider guide for the current architecture; the 1.1.8 guide is kept and marked as archived, and the former front page is preserved as Archive 1.1.8 Design Documentation with a list of the defects fixed on the current line.
