What's New in v2.4.0

The biggest update yet — Watch Later Enhanced now covers the full lifecycle of a video: save it, watch it, archive it, and recover it if you change your mind. Still 100% local, private and ad-free.

✅ Watched & Archive

Mark a video as watched with a single click (✓) to move it into the new Archive view — no more deleting a video just to "finish" it. Marking is always manual, so opening a video never archives it by accident. You can send any archived video back to To Watch anytime.

🗑️ Trash with Undo

Deleting is no longer permanent. Removed videos go to a Trash view and can be restored to their original position. Every delete shows a quick Undo toast, so a misclick is never a disaster.

🧭 New view tabs

The popup is now organized into To Watch / Archive / Trash, each with a live counter.

💛 Support the project

The Ko‑fi button now stands out with an animated glow, and an occasional gentle reminder explains that the extension is free, private and ad‑forever. Watch Later Enhanced is, and will always be, free.

🧹 Safer list management

The global "Clear list" button has been removed — it could wipe your To Watch and Archive lists in one click. Clearing is now scoped to the Trash view only (Empty trash).

🛠️ Under the hood

• Backward‑compatible data model (existing saved videos are migrated automatically — nothing is lost).
• Soft‑delete storage with a capped trash.
• Reduced‑motion support for the new animations.
