Clarification on the deformable registration procedure and failed cases

I would be grateful if you could clarify a few details regarding the deformable registration procedure used in this project:

1. Did you use the official Elastix framework provided by the competition, or did you implement or modify the registration pipeline yourself?
2. How did you determine whether a registration result had failed or was unreliable?
3. How were such cases handled during subsequent training? For example, were they excluded, manually corrected, registered again using different parameters, or processed using an alternative method?
