Release Please bumps `version:` but not the hand-maintained `artifacthub.io/changes` annotation, so it is replaced here before the release PR merges — the 0.5.1 entries would otherwise ship again describing the wrong version. Worded around the behaviour rather than the property involved, and leads with the unsupported status. Also refreshes the current-version references in RELEASE.md and CLAUDE.md.
