The documentation states: "If the parse fails, the data will be inserted asUTF-8 text (as if they had been pasted into a text area)." I have some text, I try to paste character E1 B9 9F (r with line below ṟ ) and I get 3 dots. What do I do to paste this and see the character? Is the documentation accurate?
