[Bug] doesn't add itself to startup and 125% DPI

Describe the bug

When the "launch at system startup" checkbox is selected, it isn't added to the startup list. Windows 10.
The on-screen translation icon doesn't work at 125% DPI.
Does not minimize to the system tray upon startup.

Thanks for the report. I confirmed that the “launch at system startup” option is currently saved but is not connected to the operating system startup mechanism, so that part is a bug.

Starting minimized in the system tray is not currently a QTranslate feature, so we will treat that separately as a feature request.

For the 125% scaling issue, could you clarify what happens to the selection button? Is it too small, is the icon inside it not scaled, does it appear in the wrong position, or does it not appear at all? Please also let us know whether you use one or multiple monitors and whether they have different scaling settings.

At 125% dpi, the translation icon appears off to the side of the cursor. Clicking on the icon doesn't do anything. I've attached two screenshots: 100 and 125 dpi.
I currently have one monitor in my system.

Thanks, the screenshots make the problem clear. This confirms that the 125% scaling issue is a coordinate mismatch rather than the button simply being too small. The native pointer position and the Swing window position are using different coordinate scales, which explains both the offset and why clicking the button does not work.

I will fix the coordinate conversion and add scaling tests when I am back at my computer. Until then, the available workaround is to disable the floating selection icon and use Ctrl+Q.

The startup checkbox remains a separate confirmed bug. Starting minimized in the tray remains a separate feature request.
